At TrydanCylch, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase of our Keyboards, Mice, and Headphones. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect upon arrival:

  • Opened software or digital downloads.
  • Personalized or custom-configured products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  2. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with all original materials. Include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
