Refund & Returns Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions.

Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, headphones that have been removed from their sealed inner packaging are not eligible for return unless defective.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
