All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. This service is provided by our trusted logistics partners and includes tracking.

We ship to most international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items and the destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping typically range from 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing. These are estimates and not guarantees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to TrydanCylch. We cannot predict or control these fees, which vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. TrydanCylch is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping, which will incur additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance or note the damage with the carrier immediately. For lost packages, please contact us at [email protected] after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.
